Do you want to explore the flavors of the ocean and learn how to use the whole fish sustainably? This exciting and interactive culinary experience gives students the chance to work hands-on with seafood–from making fish farce to combining flavors and creating creative dishes. 

Join us for an educational and fun day where we process fish into farce, prepare delicious dishes, and explore how seaweed can enhance umami flavors. Test your taste buds in an engaging taste quiz where you’ll identify different types of fish and seafood products, and experiment with various cooking methods.
