Visit our taste and experience pavilion during One Ocean Week and learn more about the ocean and the food it provides. There will be various activities for both adults and children, such as a taste trail, seafood courses, and inspiring chef activities with samples.
You will also learn more about sustainable seafood: Everything from seaweed and algae to lesser-used shellfish species, whitefish, and salmon/trout
In the Seafood Tent, you will also learn more about the ocean, aquaculture, and fisheries-and we hope to inspire you to taste something new. Here are some of the experiences you can enjoy:
- Visit the ocean's table–a sensory experience for both adults and children
- Mini-cooking courses for adults
- Children get to make their own seafood dish
- Learn about which fish species are in seasonthrough our exciting wheel of fortune
We will also offer face painting with sea motifs, knot tying courses, seafood quiz, and other activities in the seafood tent. We hope to see you at Festningskaien
