05 April - Visit our Norwegian Seascapes Tent for various activities on Norway’s ocean values

Date: 05 April
Time: 12.00–16.00 CET
Location: Festningskaien, Bergen
Organiser: The University of Bergen

Visit our Norwegian Seascapes Tent for various activities on Norway’s ocean values:

  • See photo and poetry exhibit of what the sea means to Norwegians!
  • Norwegian seascapes photo-sorting activity: How do you value the sea?
  • Video booth to record your opinion: What does the sea mean to you?
  • Enter our Norwegian seascapes contest! Final deadline: 5 May 2025

The sea represents different values to different people and can vary with time and place. Our project “Managing Ethical Norwegian Seascape Activities (MENSA),” hosted by the University of Bergen, is capturing what the sea means to Norwegians. Share your values and opinions about the sea with us and your fellow Norwegians. Ignite a national conversation to shape more sustainable and just management and governance of Norway´s oceans!
