Bien Bazaar is part of the Biengroup, which is a locally owned small restaurant chain with various concepts. Bien bazaar is a restaurant with classic Norwegian/continental food in historic premises. We have always focused on sustainability in everything we do and are now fully environmentally certified. We strive to have as many local ingredients as possible on the menu when this is possible, both because of quality and sustainability, for us this has always been a matter of course.
